Before you sign a contract on your home or new land, it is a wise investment to have a pre-purchase Feng Shui consultation. This helps ensure that this property is going to help support you and your family for many years to come.
How is this done? There are many layers of Traditional Feng Shui I consider when looking at a property for you. Some of which are techniques including: LandForm, San Yuen Yuen System and Flying Stars.
The things I take into consideration are:
The history of the property. Has the property had many owners?
Does the property have support around it?
The compass direction - does it support the family according to their birth data?
The Flying Stars within the home and their position.
The position on the street.
The different Feng Shui systems help me calculate if the particular home is going to suit the client according to the energy map. When it is a right fit, the owners feel at home and supported in all aspects of life. If this doesn't match it can make you feel very unsettled, not as comfortable and as time goes on potential health and financial issues.
I can perform these consultations remotely or attend either a private or general open. Before the consultation, I require a scale floor plan, the address and age of the property and birth dates of everyone that will be living in the home. You will be provided a checklist report within 24 hours after the consultation with my findings to help assist you with your decision.
This is one of the biggest investments you are going to make in your life, so making sure it is the right fit for you and your family should not be overlooked.
