As a Feng Shui Consultant, this is a very common theme I see when I meet families for their first consultation.
To help I have put together some general Feng Shui tips for a peaceful nights sleep for the children and parents!
Place the bedhead against a solid wall.
Avoid storing books or toys under the bed as this produces an overactive mind.
Remove mirrors as they can cause disturbed sleep and restlessness as they bounce the energy around the room.
Keep the colours in the bedroom soothing, not too bright to avoid overstimulation.
Don't have their feet in direct line to a doorway.
Remove all electronic equipment.
Ensure the room is well ventilated and open a window during the day.
